TV Room Crazies

We often gather everyone into the tv room and watch tv together. It's an interesting room. It has two couches, an oversized crate that connects the two couches with a bed on top and a door that opens up and slides in that always stays open so the dogs can lay in that part too. We have a recliner, tv, desk, blankets - lots of comfort. After the dogs play hard we head in there to relax and it seems to be the dogs most fave room. Here are a few photos from it today.

I laugh at the way Nathan uses the remote. As you can see even the side tables have beds on them for the dogs. It's a real dog room.

Do you ever think he is going to manage to turn the tv on?

He is still fanning that remote around. Will he ever get the tv on or what?

Nathan gives up and gets kisses instead.

Scruffy found his spot.

Pepper tried to snuggle up to Scruffy and he growled at her. She was a tad upset as you can see here.

Still, she ended up with her own way.

Colby found comfort on the neck pillow up against Nathan's leg. Yes, I had some in the recliner too and was trying to click the camera. That was some trick.

Then Jazzy arrived and new fun began. It's truly been a great day. Lots of grooming tomorrow and then off to home for some.

Cute photos! Pepper always tries to steal Scruffy's spot. Scruffs always growls at her. If he is really annoyed, he gets up and leaves in protest. It's a riot :)

I had fun taking the photos. You have to imagine a slew of dogs jumping down and up on me while I clicked from a recliner having to twist around to try to capture these moments. It was fun. But I have to say I think Nathan is remote challenged at least with our setup. :-) Okay dear you just now shut off the tv. Are we going to watch a program? Oh I must have rolled on it - no a dawg did, not me, I wouldn't do that! Let me try again and again and oh midstream he turns over and the remote shuts the tv off yet again or the sound off. Sometimes it would be nice to watch a tv show from start to finish without dawg and human interuptess. But its comedy hour at our house and one must laugh at such moments as you would miss them if they suddenly didn't exist.

By the way Pepper is a boinging jumper. Agility a must! I had dogs on my lap so she jumped up from the floor on to my shoulder and balanced there. I was impressed. Those Spicy dawgs!

Brie wriggles like she is Shakira on the stage with a Latin flavour! I never saw such a happy happy crew as the Wasabi/Spice line.

I love these pics. It show Brie and Colby having such a great time. I just love Scruffy and Pepper. Pepper is very cute. Another great pairing. Thanks so much for taking such great care of them all.

Jane

PS: Give Colby and Brie an extra hug and kiss from us. We are missing them so much.

Also: Brie wiggles that butt of hers all the time. Uses her whole body to greet you when returning from work. Just love it!!!
