Sorry

I can't sit at my desk without excruciatung pain in my back so creating a gallery is not something I can do. I hope tomorrow I can pull it off. Not sure but trying.

Dogs are having a great time. Nathan has iritis.

This pain is something else.

Darlah, you excercised 2 days ago on Friday and I'll tell you this, it's the second day after you excercise that the real pain comes.
Some muscle relaxants (methacarbanol prehaps), a hot shower and keep moving. It'll take it's time to heal too.
Each time I do a new series of movement excercise, sport, same thing happens, I expect that to happen always. Keep moving, don't let it discourage you, take things s l o w l y, don't stop.
I really do understand.

I exercised for 7 days. I couldn't today. This is not from exercise. This is from lifting a heavy dog and a dog acting like a whirling dervish despite me trying to tie her down.
I know this as I felt my back midstream have a very sharp pain as if I pulled something.
This pain is serious. I have to literally bend my body over to get up. I then slowly lift my upper body so I can stand. This pain is in my lower back to half my bum. I have had tears running down my face off and on. I thought of going to emergency but couldn't sit and wait. I couldn't sleep and rolling out to get a pee break during the night is ridiculous. I am on tylenol 3s. I am still in pain on them. My exercise does not include situps. :-) I had to cancel all groomings except one and Nathan had to help. I can't lift. I can't bend over.
