Fun Times

Trigger would maul Ella every chance he got. He just LOVES, LOVES, LOVES her. Then she had a bath and not so much. What's that about? Let's see when she gets stinky again will he maul her again. I think Levon is downright jealous but that's okay. Trigger is in the thick of it playing.

I will try to get photos up later but Nathan's camera is having real serious issues. I think it is biting the dust so to speak. He loves the Canon T2i (old - don't sell new model) so I am earnestly trying to find a used one in great condition. He doesn't want to think. He just wants to click and that is a really great camera for that. I already have notes into Henry's used department but if you see one online, let me know. It's his birthday on the 1st so I am trying and Nathan never reads the blogs so I am safe posting about it. :-)

Looks like we are going to have a warm weekend. We are hoping to get the pool heated starting on Friday and that means no swimming till Monday. Oh well.

Hope you have a great holiday weekend. We wish we were in the pool. You know what they say about wishes...

I hear the daughter is gardening. She is pulling out my garden near the pool house and putting in veggies. Let's see if the rabbits get them. :-(

I am going to buy some slats for the bench and try to fix it. Handy I am not but I will try. I am also going to wash down all the walkways and sweep and assess the garden. That is between dogs, laundry and puppy feedings and outdoor adventures with the pups. Let's see what I get done. Maybe I will get my water features going in the back yard and my statues out. I know the cushions are a must. Any rain in sight?

So much to do, so little time.

Still looking for a dog ramp so I can utilize both decks. Now I am also looking for large blankets to use to have something comfie for the pups outdoors. So, if you are throwing old blankets out, let me know. I am also going to try to lattice the deck so the dogs can't get under the deck and bring in mud. Never did this type of thing before but I will muddle through it. I am also looking for gate with a door to block off the other side of the deck so the dogs can't get under the deck from the other side. So, if you see any of this online, shoot me the link, please. Can you tell I grow weary of washing dogs underneath and feet and floors? It is funny but oh so much work.

May it be sunny days from now on or at least till I get these projects done.

Doggies not allowed under my deck ... No way I'm going in there after them ... Big spiders and stuff! Put lattice around the deck a few years ago. Relatively easy project. I have no doubt it's one you can tackle, Darlah ... You're one determined lady :)
Vegetables? I have my money on the rabbit(s), :(. Maybe try the plastic black netting they sell to keep birds away ... Might work.

Shannon: Yeah Trigger is such a lover!

Christine, been watching videos. Now to find the time and money and we will get it done. Maybe I will enlist Dennis to help. Nathan is dangerous with tools. Probably won't get done before pups go home to be realistic but we shall try.

PS: The rabbits are going to eat it all, I told her raised beds and really that you can control as you can cover in a way to keep them out. Of course she could buy a greenhouse. hahahahahaha

Hard to compete with the rabbits. The family that lives in or near your yard have
little ones. They will all be munching.

I've seen a Canon 2Ti listed on Kijiji. What's the best way to get the ad to you without Nathan seeing it
