ahh they would have great fun out here this weekend, more snow today than all winter. I think we've shovelled 3 times already as we need to make paths from the door for the girls.

Gerda: I would LOVE that!! We haven't had winter this year - just mud, rain, mud, rain and this light snow that they cancelled everything for and not much materialized.

How amazing!!! What a great post of Risa!!! She is such a sweetheart!

Penny likes the snow too but if there isn't much around... a nice cold day will do!!! She loves to watch the flakes and she does the "run like the wind" game through the small snow....we dig tunnels and areas...at least we did last year...so she can do her business... it seems to invigorate her...Penny loves the cold...and she is even cut short!!!!

Oh we always dig tunnels under benches, trees and such for fun with lots of paths but looks like we are getting cheated this year unless March makes up for it. Penny sounds like her dad. :-) We miss her!! Hope you are surviving this strange weather. I bet you can't wait till it is boating season.

How adorable the way she just buries her face in the snow and then rolls on her back....nice to see her having so much fun!
