Busy Week

Here is the gallery.

Pups have a lot going on this week. If Tempie cooperates. I want to get them in the pool on Tuesday. Then they will get their baths. They have a vet visit on Wednesday and on Saturday their 8 week visit.

No matter what I throw at them food wise, their bowels remain solid. Usually you see loose bowels after some treats but not them. They are also solid drinkers. They still do not cry at 7am patiently waiting their turn to come downstairs. That is not always the case. Some hear the dogs go down and yell what about me? No - they wait.

The videos are up.

As I type, they are outside playing with Dennis.

Tomorrow as it is my day off, I am going to get the guys to take photos and videos. We shall see how that goes. LOL

I want to call this duo the 2 tunnel crew. As we have 2 tunnels outside, you can often see them running from one to the other without stopping. It is a riot.

Hope these pups come for a day visit sometime. Hallie and us would be delighted.

Fun Personalities

The videos are up.

On Wednesday the duo will go for their vet visit and Hallie will go too. I can't go in but they are letting Nathan in masked. I am hoping he gets to take some photos. Mom usually doesn't go but she is due for her vaccinations. Hopefully she will not react negatively to the pups getting their microchips. I will find out after the fact which is not the norm. Our regular vet will be coming in for the next pups as it is not worth it to come in for just 2. Her minimum is 5 and she will have that. It's nicer and easier at the house. Oh well.

Here is the gallery.

The pups are funny now. With turning 8 weeks, they are really good at so much now. The gal though yanks on the boys tail and he can't get her to stop. You can swear she is laughing about it. Siblings - what can I say?

They go up and down the ramp with ease. They love the tunnels as they are often found running into one and out then into the next without missing a beat.

They are going out 4 times a day now. They so love the play!

That Look

Pups had fun today. They will go out again after Dennis finishes watering. It is Nathan's day off so he is waiting for me to finish the blog.

Here is the gallery.

So far the pups get along with all the dogs. They had a ton of fun with Simba today.

I heard the 1st bark from the gal today. We asked her to "no bark". She heard others barking and thought she would try it out for size. She immediately stopped but shhh it was so darn right cute. I didn't let her know.

I have not heard the boy bark yet. Some are fascinated with their voices.

Videos will come while Dennis waters.

Soon 8 week checkups.

Short Blogging Today

Here is the gallery.

I am short blogging today. Dennis will take the pups out tonight as I still have a groom. That means hardly any photos or videos but we will play catch-up tomorrow.

Don't you just love this face looking at me?

Pups are now playing 4 times a day outside or upstairs depending on weather.

We are not giving them food tonight - just water as they are not eating it. That makes the transition to 3 times a day much easier. We shall see if they wake up and scream. So far they have been amazing about night - sleeping and not even crying when the dogs go downstairs. They wait their turn.

These 2 have been pretty easy puppies.

We are working on bite inhibition. It is pretty normal for them to mouth their littermates but we are more sensitive than siblings are so we teach and Momma Hallie teaches. It all comes together.

Check out the videos coming soon.

Quiet Day Rain and Sun

Here is the gallery.

Today, as I have been, I sprayed the pups with water and grooming spray and put a noose on and dried them. No complaints from the gal. She was not in love from the experience yet but she didn't react. I call that success. The boy just gave me kisses. It takes extra time to do this daily and really if you are going to make a difference, you need to do it each day. We want them to go home used to things so it is easier for the new family.

The adults really didn't want to play in the outdoor area like usual. I am not sure why but it happens.

They have already been out twice and will go out again.

They have vastly improved in getting up on the slide and ramp. Pups are great. They just try and try till they get it. This is the practicing stage. They run faster. They learn what they can and want to do and well they are plain fun.

The videos are already up.

These pups are absolutely wonderful.
