This process never stops being exciting. (But then again, I'm a former L&D nurse!)
Looks like puppies are coming in 2 to 12 hours. For your sake, I hope it's at least 8 hours. Perhaps you can catch some catnaps as I have no doubt you'll be checking on Jeannie all night.
Come on Jeannie, hang on a little longer so human Mom and Dad is rested.
Hope Dennis is feeling much better.
Oh Ellen, it is exciting and I imagine very exhausting for everyone involved.
No pups yet but jeannie and I have been up all night. Nathan sleeping in another room so he can get rest. Want to make a bet he will tell me he didnt get any sleep and will need a nap. Jeannie is nesting and breathing heavy. I am truly exhausted. Couldnt take a chance that she would progress fast. Besides who can sleep with this panting?
Looks like pups today, if not already. Thinking of all of you for a good delivery. Can't wait to see Jeannie's pups.
I've come to the conclusion that once the temp drops, it's best, for you, that the puppies come right away, even in the middle of the night, because you're not going to sleep until they get here. Will check in regularly!
Pacing, pacing, happy, happy...... Oh Jeannie hope you're a new momma.... hope everyone is well and resting comfortably........ HUGS
Oh boy, can't wait to see Jeannies' babies and Patches' new siblings! Surely hope you can get some rest Darlah before Jeannie delivers, while Nathan watches her.
Surely you jest? Nathan is napping with the dogs while Dennis washes floors. Nathan didn't get any sleep - well broken sleep and well they think I can run on empty.
