Picnic Photos & Details

The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Woofstock Is Back

Meet us at Woofstock. Dogs are welcomed. We meet at the restaurant across the street from Woodbine Park. Here is the location. Meet up happens on June 22, 2024 at 9:30 to 945am. Rain date is the next day. Look forward to seeing your havanese there and the humans too! Don't have your havanese yet? Well join us anyway!

Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid is a recognized National Pet First Aid Certificate course for dog and cat professionals and pet owners. Talemaker Havanese now has that certificate having taken and passed the course.

Meelo's New Family

Here is his family photos.

Got an update:

Meelo was a good boy and slept most of the way home.  He had his lunch and peed outside, he is currently busy exploring.

I just want to thank you once again as he is an exceptional puppy ❤️

Will let you know how he sleeps tonight.

Hi Rochelle, I would love to find out about the Stormy boy play dates. Unfortunately I don't think we live close by as I am in Oakville, Nathan recommended Scholars with Collars and I'm taking Melo there starting next week for Puppy Obedience. Meelo is a doll just like the rest of Stormy's boys. We do planning on visiting Nathan, Darlah and the rest of the gang at some point.

Ok well I want to arrange a play date for them all in the spring. We can all meet up and Darlah was kind enough to say she would join us with Stormy! I know that a reunion would be so special for everyone. It will be amazing too see their little personalities and how much they have grown! Rochelle

Hi Angela:
Great to hear you are taking Meelo to Scholars in Collars. We have been taking our lovely Moxie there since she came home to live with us. We did all of the obedience classes, and many other classes, too. Now she is taking advanced trick classes and agility. It has been so much fun and she is such a wonderful girl. I have learned so much from Scholars. Enjoy!
