One Day Shy of a Week

Pups are doing well. They are getting stronger in their crawling from here to there. Mommy Stormy dotes over them. they want for nothing.

Here is the gallery.

Stormy has become really comfie in this motherhood business. She also has lost the tummy grumbling as she adjusts to a birth and having more food than usual. She is right on track.

Next milestone will be eyes and ears opening. Yes that occurs at the same time. This happens at 10 to 21 days. Yes, we had one at 21 days though that was late. Average is 2 weeks.

Once their eyes open they accelerate in everything from walking to playing.

Videos will always be found here.

Such a beautiful litter! I watched many videos, interesting to see the Stormy pups hiding in the whelping box. I watched one video entitled “Jeannie is waiting for me “ ...for a second I thought I missed something about Jeannie 😉 Raven’s videos are fun to watch too. Both are amazing moms 💞💞💞

The Stormy pups are heading for cover to get out of the heat. I may be removing their heat lamp. I usually don't do that for a bit. Raven pups are as well. I may have to assess having two heat lamps on as they are making things toasty in here despite the door being open. Usually the door open cools things down. I have digital sensors in each box to make sure I can regulate the temperatures properly. Nothing about Jeannie except wanting my attention. :-)

Jeannie wanting attention reminds me of someone I love very much. ❤️
