Getting Freedom
Now that there is just the 2, they are busy saying hello to every one. When they get tired they are going back to their xpen.
Here is a few photos of the 2.
We think they are going to sleep in the xpen at night for a few nights as we have an adult visiting that is not keen on the pups. We are thinking it through.
Ali is a wild child. Sky is more reserved but friendly. They will get very close.
I think it will take a bit of time before the moms realize they are staying.
They have had so many changes this past week.

Sky's brother Desi is also reserved but definitely friendly. Took him to Canadian Tire today. He shook for a few seconds when when initially put into the cart but then enthusiastically greeted his admirers! A successful initial outing!
Margaret: Was he in a carrier bag or loose in the basket? Ali is a nutcase. Sky tends to assess her surroundings and go for it. Keep exposing him and he will build his coping skills. I will be taking Ali and Sky out next week. This week we are concentrating on dealing with bigger dogs and listening to cues from dogs. Ali does not listen at all even if a dog growls saying enough. Sky listens. Each has their strengths that we learn to use. Ali is more apt to get in trouble as she doesn't respect what another dog is saying.
Darlah, Desi was in the kids' section of the basket with a fluffy scarf under him.
He sat calmly but would reach forward to greet someone. We had a delightful time; however he had an extra long nap afterwards....was probably emotionally enervating for the little guy. Next on our list is a plant nursery. Can't believe we have this little treasure!
In our excitement on p/u day, I think we neglected to properly thank you and Nathan for the wonderful going away bag. Great stuff! Will be looking into the kangaroo tenders...a lot of chewing without too many calories. Nathan's talk was so informative along with the information package which we have highlighter. Poor guy must feel he is on Broadway, same script over and over!
