3 Weeks 4 Days Old

The pups are truly all animated when they are awake. It's fun to watch. They truly play with each other and the toys. They have also noticed each other now through the bars and seems to be fascinated. A couple seem to be using the pads rather well traipsing across the xpen to get to the pad. At this stage we leave it semi saturated so they learn where to go. As they get better, we will change the pads out frequently. It bothers me to have them that way but I also understand that they seem to get it better this way. I believe it is a scent thing.

Here is the gallery.

In a few days we are going to try them on solid foods - mousse at first. I want to wait till the end of teh holiday weekend as its just too busy to focus on feeding 2 crews. I also want them very steady on their legs. They are getting there.

Be sure to check out the videos.

I can't believe how fast the time is going. They are almost big enough for food. Oh my. They are beautiful.
