25 Days: Gallery and Videos Added
25 days, 3 weeks and 2 days short of 3 weeks all together. Interesting enough they are staying segregated other than 1 Roxie pup and 1 Spice pup and the 3 Jeannie pups that just want anyone's food bar.
We will see how the day goes. I am not sure if Dennis will want them separated at night but I am finding I have no issue with knowing whose pup is who and counting. :-)
Gallery of all 3 together. You will even see photos of Jeannie's pups engaged in play.

What a beautiful photo, just so heart warming.
Went out at the wrong time for our walk earlier. Just as I and the two babes got going, the snow, hail, sleet and rain came down big time. Oh, two very wet doggies are now sleeping after being rinsed and dried then running around the house like they were two crazy kids. I can't imagine what you go through Darlah when it is wet outside!!
Incredible photo. To see the litters together and the moms looking after their puppies is beautiful. I can imagine how busy the space will get when they start moving about. Interesting to hear that some seek food and are that discriminating where it comes from.
Beautiful! Looking forward to the galleries and videos. I'm sure they will all begin interacting once they get going. It's the start a movement effect. Once starts, another takes interest, another jumps in ...
That looks like the happiest place on earth! lol
They already have started interacting.
Hard to believe that these pups are going to be 4 weeks old soon. Is that when they start eating food? Any other changes at the 4-week mark?
Well their ears have flopped down. Did you notice?
They can start eating at anytime after 3 weeks but we have always waited to 4. We will try the Jeannie pups on food at 4 weeks and see what the others do. Reality is they can't be without moms at night till they are eating and drinking. So they get a sample and we see how it goes. They also must be walking steady to eat easily as they have to make their way to the food easily. After they start walking steady then we reduce the blanket space and they test themselves on the flooring.
If they stop gaining from mom then it is an indicator that they need food as well. As I still weigh them each day, that is easily seen. It is challenging to weigh them now as they are wriggly. Soon I won't be able to unless they are sleeping. One day I have to invest in a flat scale that is large so they can't walk out of it. Looking to buy one like this when I can.
