Jeannie's Mom

Thought you may want to see what Jeannie's mom looked like as a young pup.

Jeannie's mom as an adult is below.

Wow! Amazing resemblance! So interesting to see how the hair lightened over time

Lori: I was shocked at how they look so much alike and yes the hair lightened. Usually our tris keep the dark but she says her tris get this very sable look similar to Logans hair with a myriad of colours mixed in. When the time comes love to find a suitable tri to breed Jeannie to but that will be YEARS from now.

I will try to find a photo of Daddy to Jeannie as he is stunning.

I feel honored to get a dog from Sandy. She's a mighty fine lady and has truly nice dogs. She isn't breeding right now so this opportunity was truly special!

Jeannie's mom has a great coat. I love the colour.
Jeannie looks a lot like her mom as a pup. Does her mom have a similar
personality ?

No, her mom is very laid back. :-) Just put up a photo of the dad.

Jeannie's Dad is gorgeous - and he looks like a very happy guy! In the photo, her mom looks like she's had enough of Christmas already!! The most amazing thing I've learned about having a Havanese is how their colouring changes. Every time I think that Sasha has reached her final colour, she changes again. I love it!! Jeannie's mom as a pup looks very similar to Jeannie.

Kim:

We have a dog here Chinook that now looks just like his dad Kat except shorter hair on the head. A year ago he didn't look as close as he does now. They have their markings in the same place, the shade of silver is the same etc. It is quite amazing.

Treasure's gal that looks black will silver and brown and white out though you can't tell it now but you see hints at the roots.

It is amazing how they change. I rather like that about the havanese too!

I would love to share your photo of Shasha but it would have to be with your permission.

Amazing to see the change in colours. I also think that AJ has markings similar to Cooper. Will be interesring to see how Jeannie's colours change over time.
