The pups did the chase game today with Nathan. They surely have fun with it. Dennis does it with the older dogs and he has the same experience. It's a fun game that we do to make sure if they ever got out, they already know the chase game. You never chase the dog, You get them to chase you and bonus they see it as FUN!

Here is their 1st outdoor gallery.
How did the pups do? They were not sure where they were but they investigated and played. They had a lot of familiar things around them like the ramp, slide, the chairs etc. They really did well considering all the new noises, visuals etc and moms felt comfortable enough for them that they didn't stay and comfort them. They knew they had this. They did!
We will keep taking them outdoors once a day and then upstairs twice or twice outdoors and once upstairs. Haven't figured it out.
But the crew was wonderful and I got the most time with them.

I watch the pups and they often stick their tongue out like this above and it brings me such joy. They are funny!
They are now eating solid kibble today and didn't even have chicken in it. Will that make it easier for you?
Monday, April 10, 2023 at 5:41PM The pups have started to eat hard kibble starting today and they seem to be doing really well with it. We do add chicken to it but otherwise they are eating what the adults are. They seem to be digesting it well.
After all, they do have a lot of teeth already.

The pups have so much fun upstairs playing their hearts out. This coming weekend they will have a visit from the humans outside. It means I have 16 pups to wash and 3 moms. Oh boy....
