It is a cold damp day. We are playing upstairs. I am doing a ton of stuff  and I have 4 dogs to do a full groom too so I am out of time as Tempie pups start departing Friday. 

This crew will have a bit more time and so will I in getting them ready. I hope everyone has figured out your departing day. 

The pups had such a great time upstairs - twice so far and will be going upstairs soon. 

The littlest is up to 2lb 4 oz now. The pups all of a sudden are growing like weeds. LOL They will still be small but they are in a growth curve.

They were all great though one had complaints about the microchip. I hope they are not sore tomorrow. Everyone - all 17 passed. :-) The littlest was a star and got her shots. The vet was enamoured with her as she kept saying she is cute and that personality. She was not the only one. The back tri last born boy had attitude and he made her smile.

Sowing Our Oats

I go up and down the ramp. The 1st born boy leaps off the stairs. The human is going crazy but he's okay. He's just really confident.

He may sleep under the slide when he needs to rest but it's a chosen sleep area so he doesn't get tackled. He's smart.

Now Really?

Here is the puppy gallery.

Ella - what are you doing? Yesterday she didn't feed them at all and today she lets them. Maybe she was feeling bad for them or she needed some relief. Not sure but feed them she did.

The littlest gal is now over 2lb. Bravo. She is hopefully the last puppy to go. heh Selfish - I know.

3 Crew Morning Visit

The pups had a great time. I hope the humans did too. Nothing like puppies running around enjoying!

Now comes sending Nathan the pickup date and the top 3 choices. 

I truly can't believe we are at this point - almost going home time.

Let Me In

Here is the gallery.

Let me in - it is cold outside. LOL Actually they didn't mind it but they do play hard and come in to eat and sleep. They sure love their play sessions.

We have visits - 2 morning and afternoon tomorrow. Vet visits are on the 27th. That is 4 days away. Oh boy 17 pups and a vet visit. It will take a long time and who wants to see that bill. Not me. LOL I can't imagine how long it will take to get through 17. Can you?

Cold Daze

I may be the smallest but I am certainly capable. I am now 2 ounces away from 2lb and will certainly be 2lb by the vet visit. 

Momma Ella has no milk. None of the moms do.

Up and Down Ramp

Here is the gallery.

Ever notice how easily the Ella pups go down and up the ramp these days? We have their 8 week visit on Saturday. I wonder if we should do a 2 level? hmmm

Little by little the pups are transitioning to just food vs mom and food. They are growing up!

We can now get up on the ramp and slide easily. The black and white tri jumps up by the side. It is a riot. They are growing up and plain having fun doing so.

Large Dogs

Here is the gallery.

Nothing like sibling play though they do like playing with all. Yes, the Ella pups will take on the Tempie pups. They think they are large dogs. hahahaha In their minds they are. 

Each of them truly have outstanding personalities. They have really come into themselves.

The pups have adjusted to being together as 12. I was hoping 17 but I have my doubts as 2 weeks is a long time in the development stage. We shall see.

Nose to Nose

Here is the hall and 2 level deck play.

Nose to nose with the chair. They are ever so cute the way they interact with items. They truly love this chair. 

Inside, outside play today and they are now together with the Spirit and Willow crew - all in one during the day. Always changes to stimulate them and condition them to new exposures and most of all FUN!

The Play

The sisters are playing here. It is really a lot of fun to watch their interaction with siblings and with the others. The smallest is determined to make it up the slide the wrong way and she has once. 

Her brother the black and white tri has reached 2lb now. I have not weighed the others as of late but will.

Can We Climb?

Can we climb up the slide and ramp? Yes! Littlest manages to do so but not from the wrong way on the slide yet. She will. She needs size on her side.

Here is the gallery.

This boy was the 1st born and he is a tri. He is starting to get black spots on his back. If he was cut short, you would notice it even more. I really really like this boy. He is a character and smart as ever. He does a great job communicating with you via his body - not his voice. I am impressed.

Personality Plus

Here is the gallery.

I call the littlest my little ewok. I am not sure how it will unfold as we have the Tempie families on the Tempie pups and the rest on the 3 other litters but I tell you this is a cutie that needs a family that pays attention to her. I give this little one a lot of attention as I need to get her to 2lb so she can have her 1st shots or she will be hanging out longer. I think she will make it. She is now 1lb 10-7/8oz. She is the most loving kissy puppy. I wish she could stay but she will be too small to breed, I imagine. I so love her though.Yes, I love them all but I love the full of personality small and mighty ones. LOL

As the Ella pups mature, they have amazing personalities. It is easy to see. Ella is such a low key dog - undemanding and she has made amazing pups for her last litter. I am going to miss her pups.

When I feed the littlest on Willow, I often take the white and black tri boy. They relish these moments together and if I just take the little one, he looks at me as if to say - did you forget about me?

Here is the gallery of all the pups.

I am snuggling with the littlest one and went ah you look like a cute ewok. She is so bloody adorable. She kisses me, snuggles with me. She is so intelligent and fun. Someone is going to be so lucky to have her.

I really like this bunch. As the smallest crew, they have learned to be spunky and plain fun!

As you can see in the photo above, the boy is talkin g to teh Spirit gal. They had a blast together.

Back Sleeping and Play

Here is the gallery.

The pups are starting to sleep on their back here and there now. It's cute to see. Sometimes they are in a bunch. Sometimes not. They no longer need a heatlamp on. In the winter we would still leave it on. Reality is, they do not need it at this age. 

This is a fun bunch. The 1st born boy now makes it up the side and down - the back and white tri. The last born boy has been making it up for days. The 3rd boy and teh gals are still perfecting their skills to make it up and they will. It's amazing how much they change from week to week.

Upstairs Fun

Here is the gallery of upstairs and outside play. 

The Ella crew got to play upstairs in the hall 1st. This way they got one on one time with their mom. We try to give them their time without the mass. They do get it in their xpen but when out in play sessions, it's usually the crowd and sometimes it is nice not to have the crowd here and there.

No more walking through their food with this crowd. Bravo!

Afternoon 3 Crew 6 Weeks Visit

The pups were a bit quiet. Perhaps it was the heat or we woke them up from the morning visit. Yes, they played and had a great time. I hope it was an enjoyable visit. 

Thank you for the mums. They are beautiful!

A funny thing happened. The dog reacted to a hat. Isn't that silly. But they often do. LOL
