Fitz and His New Mom
Check out the gallery. Both are so highly photogenic.
Fitz was a bit nervous going home. He wasn't sure where he was going but he is settling in. We miss him already!
Unfortunately starting in the New Year, our costs will go up. Please contact nathan for updated costs.
The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Check out the gallery. Both are so highly photogenic.
Fitz was a bit nervous going home. He wasn't sure where he was going but he is settling in. We miss him already!
We are going to do this differently as I have limited time. We have class with Inula tonight so I have to try to get the blogs done before that. So instead of selecting a photo and linking it to a larger one that actually takes a lot of time, I placed the photos in a gallery.
Fitz was a great boy in the bath. I will miss him. He is such a fun fun dog. Oh they all are. But wow already.
Pups have been outside so many times today. Tomorrow this one goes home. Then Satch gets watched tomorrow - PJ too. So it begins....
See Spice's blog for more videos and galleries when I am done doing them. :-)
They LOVe these small squeakie balls. Tug, balls - it is all fun. The pups were out 4 times today and one of the times it was so hot I was using the hose to spray a fine mist over them. They loved it. The adults - not so much. Wish I could have caught it on video but it was I on the hose and Dennis getting soaked with the pups.
We have a very busy day tomorrow till Tuesday. I will be getting bath photos up, going home videos but not much else. Then this blog will go dormant on Sunday unless I get photos to post from the new families.
The 2 Jeannie pups that are already home are doing really well!
My name is Fitz and I am the next one to go home. It was raining today so we had fun in the mud. Oh my! That's okay as the human just washed our feet and belly and let us air dry. It is the beauty of warm weather despite the rain.
On Thursday I will get a bath and get my mugshot done.
We had fun outside today. We also had fun inside.
This human has a lot to get ready so we can go home. It takes a long time.
Here is today's gallery. We really really like the small balls. Our babble ball already needs a new battery.
Sisters that went home are doing really well and they are missed!
Now Jeannie is down to 2 boys and the pack of eight is down to 4 boys, 4 girls till Friday. We are going to miss her but we are going to see her. We have video of her having the crew chase her while she had her toy in her mouth. Videos will come later. Pups are all sleeping as we did the visit outside so the pups could tucker themselves out and play.
Nathan left a pen on our outdoor furniture and Jeannie had munched on it. She didn't get to the ink but put your pens up. He didn't realize he had left it there. It happens so fast and to all of us.
Here's a video from yesterday's departure and here is a gallery from today. Look for more later on Spice's blog.
Oh my gad was she wonderful in the bath.
She cleaned up quite nice too. Sorry about the late updates but I had Dallas to clean and Tiger Lily who was here for the day to play and have a bath. Where did the day go?
Tomorrow I will add a video of the 4 pups but I am really spent today - emotionally and physically. So look for it tomorrow.
So it begins. I will add a video of the siblings being together - all 4 later tonight as I have to wash Dallas and another dog today. Updates may be a tad late.
There are so many emotions when they go home. We know its their meant to be journey but life changes for us and for Jeannie and for the new family. All of it is meant to be.
All I can say is I hope everyone is coming to the picnic. Can you imagine puppies galore? It will be the best thing for them too as they get exposed to a new environment and new people. Remember if you do, chairs and a dish as it is a potluck.
Hope things are going well. As I type Dennis has the pups outside running around. Nathan put up a popup on the deck for shade.
Tomorrow Dallas and then not till Friday.
We will start having litter get togethers after the pups are all home and comfortable. Perfect timing too as we will have the pool open so we will get to test some pups in the water and the humans can swim too.
But I am getting ahead of myself. The pool is still closed. Most of the pups are still here but won't be after June 2nd when the last one departs.
Charlotte - we are happy for your family. You are missed. Can't wait to see you again!
Dallas loves the dirt - oh oh
So does Satch. They had a blast today!
It actually turned out to be a lovely day. Pups now relish running under the deck and playing hide and human seek. They love to explore.
They are eating well. Getting this pad business and loving the weather outside.
No videos or galleries today. I will try to make up for it but today I feel like I have food poisoning so this is it. I also have a LOT to do to get everything ready for pickups.
Charlotte, who is the first to go home - this Saturday loves sleeping in my slippers. Last night she was caught giving our friend Dima kisses. We just adore her.
The window for the 2nd shots is May 29 to June 5th. No classes till after their 2nd shots please!
